Progressive American Telugu Association (PATA) is a community-focused organization based in Utah, dedicated to bringing the Telugu community together through culture, education, service, and meaningful connections.

PATA was founded with a vision to create a welcoming and progressive community where Telugu individuals and families can celebrate their heritage, build lasting relationships, support one another, and contribute positively to the communities in which we live.

We believe our cultural roots are a source of strength and identity, while education, innovation, and community engagement are the foundations for a brighter future.

Celebrating Telugu Culture : Our rich Telugu heritage is reflected in our language, literature, music, dance, arts, traditions, festivals, and values.PATA provides opportunities for families and individuals to celebrate and share this heritage through cultural programs, festivals, artistic performances, talent showcases, competitions, and community gatherings. We especially encourage the younger generation to discover their roots and carry Telugu culture forward in a modern and meaningful way.

Empowering Our Youth : The youth are the future of our community.PATA encourages young Telugu Americans to embrace their heritage while developing the confidence, knowledge, leadership skills, and opportunities needed to succeed. Through educational initiatives, mentorship, scholarships, youth programs, and leadership opportunities, we aim to inspire the next generation of community leaders.
